International Shipping

International Delivery Services

Native ships internationally to most countries. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. If you are unable to complete your purchase due to shipping limitations, please contact us. During checkout, you will be charged a flat-rate International Economy fee for each item in your cart. This shipping cost includes transportation, fuel, and insurance fees incurred by the carrier but does not include duties, country-specific taxes, brokerage, or other fees.

As an international customer, you are responsible to pay duties charged by your country, any Value Added Tax (VAT) or other country-specific taxes, brokerage fees incurred when your order clears customs, and any additional fees such as last mile delivery charges. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon delivery the items will be returned to Native Shoes and a refund will not be issued.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and will be charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.

(Please note that Native has no control over the current exchange rate or the rate you will be charged by your bank.)

International Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Native Shoes.

Please visit our Return Authorization page to complete your return or exchange request.

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

IMPORTANT: Only unworn shoes purchased from and in their original shoebox may be returned.
